1. General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 77jeya ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 77jeya website located at https://77jeya.net, including all services, games, betting markets, promotions, and related content available through the platform.

By accessing the 77jeya platform, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming any bonus or promotion, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms take effect from the moment you first access the platform.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

Age Verification

77jeya reserves the right to request proof of age from any player at any time. Where age verification documents are requested, the player must provide them within the timeframe specified by the support team. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documents will result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

Acceptable age verification documents include a valid national identification card, passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised government authority. Documents must be clear, legible, and current at the time of submission.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 77jeya platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, different names, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be closed and any winnings within those accounts may be voided.

Registration Requirements

When registering a 77jeya account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid email address. You must keep this information up to date at all times. 77jeya relies on the information you provide to verify your identity, process your withdrawals, and comply with applicable platform policies.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 77jeya account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person or allow any third party to access or use your account. 77jeya will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to protect your credentials.

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Players may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. KYC verification is a standard industry practice and is not optional. Players who do not complete verification when requested will have their withdrawal requests held pending until the verification process is completed satisfactorily.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All financial transactions on the 77jeya platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 77jeya does not apply currency conversion fees on deposits or withdrawals made in BDT. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their own payment provider in connection with transactions to or from their 77jeya account.

Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by the platform, though individual payment providers may apply their own limits.
• Deposits are credited to your 77jeya account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. In the event of a delay, please contact support with your transaction reference number.
• You must only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, subject to the availability of that method for outgoing payments.
• Before a withdrawal can be processed, the player must have completed KYC verification and satisfied any applicable bonus wagering requirements.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• 77jeya aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24–72 hours of submission, subject to verification requirements and payment provider processing times.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each promotion.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds are added to your 77jeya account separately from your real-money balance and must be used in accordance with the wagering requirements attached to the specific bonus.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before the bonus and any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn as real money.
• Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds may not be withdrawn directly — only real-money winnings generated after the wagering requirement has been met are eligible for withdrawal.
• 77jeya reserves the right to void bonus funds and any associated winnings if the platform determines that a player has abused the bonus system, including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting low-risk wagering strategies to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay, or providing false information during registration.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering pathway.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per IP address.

Promotion Eligibility

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all 77jeya promotions are available only to players who have fully verified their accounts, are in good standing with no outstanding terms violations, and are aged 18 or above. Players who are currently subject to self-exclusion or deposit limits that would prevent them from meeting the promotion's minimum requirements are not eligible.

6. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on 77jeya, you agree to use the platform in a manner that is lawful, ethical, and consistent with these Terms. You are personally responsible for all activity that occurs on your account and must ensure that your use of the platform does not harm other players, the platform's integrity, or any third parties.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77jeya platform and may result in immediate account suspension, the voiding of winnings, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in doing so to circumvent any platform restriction or bonus limitation.

• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities in the platform. Any player who discovers a technical error must report it to 77jeya support immediately and must not exploit it.

• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or any activity that facilitates financial crime.
• Providing false or misleading information during the registration or KYC verification process.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of the 77jeya platform or any of its component games.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 77jeya staff or other players through any communication channel associated with the platform.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.

77jeya employs fraud detection and game integrity monitoring systems that operate continuously. Players suspected of engaging in prohibited activities may have their accounts suspended without prior notice while an investigation is conducted. 77jeya's determination in such matters is final.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the 77jeya platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the property of 77jeya or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 77jeya platform for your personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any portion of the platform's content without prior written consent from 77jeya.
• Use the 77jeya name, logo, or brand identity in any commercial context, advertisement, or public communication without written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on any content found on the 77jeya platform.
• Frame or mirror the 77jeya website on any other website or server without express written permission.

Game content available on 77jeya — including titles developed by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — is licensed to 77jeya by those respective providers. All intellectual property rights in those games remain with their respective owners. 77jeya does not claim ownership over third-party game content.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

77jeya reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion if it determines, on reasonable grounds, that the player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or that keeping the account open would pose a risk to the platform, other players, or the integrity of the games.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their 77jeya account voluntarily may do so by contacting customer support. Before the account is closed, any pending withdrawals will be processed subject to the completion of applicable verification requirements. Any bonus funds remaining in the account at the time of closure will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the player via their verified payment method.

Self-Exclusion

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77jeya and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and technology partners shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the player's use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical errors, server outages, or communication failures.
• Losses arising from the player's reliance on information published on the platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate.
• Losses resulting from the player's failure to comply with these Terms, including the forfeiture of bonus funds or winnings.
• Interruptions to service caused by circumstances beyond 77jeya's reasonable control, including acts of God, infrastructure failures, government actions, or cyberattacks.

In all circumstances, 77jeya's total liability to any individual player for any claim arising out of or in connection with the platform shall not exceed the total value of the net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this clause shall limit 77jeya's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Amendments to These Terms

77jeya reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they meaningfully affect players' rights or obligations — 77jeya will provide registered players with reasonable advance notice via the email address registered on their account. Minor clarifications or corrections may be made without prior notice.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. Your continued use of the 77jeya platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any updated version of these Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account. Real-money balances will be returned to you via your verified payment method.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and 77jeya with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind between you and 77jeya relating to the same subject matter.
